Who We Are
Andreea Pröll
CEO
As CEO, Andreea plays an active role in each of MKP’s projects and is the creative driving force behind each division.
Andreea graduated in Marketing Management from the Romanian-American University in Bucharest. She holds a master’s degree in HR and 5 years’ experience in extensive training and coaching at ISG Academy in Vienna. Over the last 20 years she has focused on delivering a full range of specialized services in large scale projects for leading multinational corporations, medium-sized businesses, entrepreneurial startups and nonprofit organizations across a variety of industries.
She’s passionate about empowering people by providing insight and tools needed to reach their full potential. She creates opportunities to showcase their talents, through passion, teamwork and inspired support.
